Social Heaven

I wanted to quickly mention some accounts on social media that have saved me mentally over the last few years; some of them just brighten up my feed but most of them make me feel happy, and hopefully they'll make you feel the same way...

I'm gonna mention five, so it's easy if you wish to follow them. 

1) Instagram: @dovneon 

This account firstly is just *beautiful*, but also gives the effect that when viewing the images, you're on a fluffy cloud in the midst of a pink sunset, and that's kind of my idea of heaven. 

2) Instagram: @tinamariaelena                                                                                         

This page made me more comfortable with not only sex (as it's portrayed so beautifully, yet realistically) but also my body as a woman for the same reasons. The artwork is done in my personal favourite medium - watercolour - and the connection the artist demonstrates to divinity, connection and grace is uncommon. 

3) Instagram: @wetheurban

Now, you might have seen this account reposted on various people's stories but here is the source of the inspirational, daily feed of motivational and relief giving quotes. The account's bio is thus : "Black-owned digital platform celebrating inclusivity, self-love, & marginalized voices. Our posts have proven to increase ones power by 1000% 🧡". 

Whilst I cannot confirm my power has increased by quite that amount, I do honestly believe that I'm more powerful from taking in these posts like vitamins. 

4) Instagram: @gurlstalk

This account is a safe space for angry girls, women or men who want to share and revel in the need for social change. 

5) Instagram @doggosbeingdoggos

Here you will find dogs meeting other dogs and fellow animals with very, very simple yet honourable captions. 10/10. Very enjoyable.
